Hormone Health

For men and women who just feel…off.
If you feel tired, foggy, moody, unmotivated, or unlike yourself, your hormones may be part of the story.

At Sakinah Health, we help men and women understand what is happening and build a thoughtful, physician-led plan for feeling better.

You know something feels off — even if your labs have been called “normal.”

Maybe your body composition is changing, too. You are gaining weight more easily, losing muscle, feeling weaker, or noticing that your usual routines no longer work the way they used to.

And when you ask for help, you are told everything looks fine.

But you do not feel fine.

At Sakinah Health, we take that seriously. We listen to your symptoms, look at your labs in context, and consider the full picture — hormones, metabolism, sleep, stress, nutrition, strength, and your current season of life.

Because hormone care should never be about chasing numbers.

It should be about helping you feel better, function better, and protect your long-term health.

Why Hormones Matter

Hormones affect more than hot flashes and libido.

Hormones can influence energy, sleep, mood, motivation, cognition, cravings, body composition, muscle, bone health, cardiovascular health, and overall well-being.

For women, hormone shifts during perimenopause and menopause can bring symptoms like hot flashes, night sweats, sleep disruption, and more.

For men, low testosterone can contribute to fatigue, low motivation, decreased libido, erectile changes, brain fog, irritability and other mood changes, increased body fat, reduced muscle, and poor recovery.

You do not have to guess whether hormones are part of the problem. We can evaluate what is happening and talk through your options clearly.

WHY SAKINAH HEALTH IS DIFFERENT

Thoughtful hormone care — not a one-size-fits-all protocol.

At Sakinah Health, hormone health is approached with care, context, and medical judgment.

We do not treat a lab number in isolation. We look at your symptoms, history, goals, risk factors, labs, body composition, and overall health before making recommendations.

When treatment is appropriate, your plan is monitored and adjusted over time. You will understand what we are doing, why it matters, and how it fits into your long-term health.

This is hormone care designed to help you feel informed, supported, and safe — not rushed into a generic protocol.
