What’s Included in Your Membership
Sakinah Health provides direct patient care in Dayton, Ohio. We care for individuals who want to take a more active role in their health—but are tired of long wait times, rushed visits, and confusing medical bills.
While I do not act as your primary care provider (PCP), I’ll work closely with them to ensure seamless and well-coordinated care. Chronic conditions—though often improved through hormone optimization, weight management, and lifestyle changes—will continue to be managed by your PCP.
